Bavarian pork knuckle – golonka bawarska

Round pork knuckle, boneless, with skin. Meat is sorrounded with natural jelly. It’s a speciality that tastes great not only served cold, but also hot. It can be easily reheated in water or in the microwave and dinner is ready!

Before heating it in the microwave, lightly pierce the bag from the top and place it in a microwave-safe dish. When heating in a pot of water, simply place the packaged knuckle in the pot and open the pouch just before serving (to avoid leaking natural jelly). Pouch is not edible.
